Indications and Usage

Antiseptic gel for degerming hands of medical professionals in-between patient contacts. Caricia Care^® Gel is a waterless de-germer which does not contain linear alcohol as the active antimicrobial agent. The product will not defat dermal tissue which creates irritation, dermatitis, and red skin inflammation as does isopropyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol. Caricia Care^® contains conditioning agents to maintain natural turgor and counteract the impact of the active ingredients. Broad spectrum antimicrobial action alleviates the risk of cross-contamination in healthcare environments. Effective on gram-negative, gram-positive bacteria, yeast and fungi. Caricia Care^® Gel is an anti-infective solution for the prevention of the common cold and spread of influenza virus.

Non-Toxic. Non-Dermal Irritant with no contraindications in hand cleansing applications. External Use Only. Not for ocular usage. Caricia Care^® contains a substantial fragrance level; if irritation or rash develops due to fragrance, discontinue usage.

Dosage and Administration

Caricia Care^® Gel is designed specifically to reduce the risk of infection or break the chain of cross-contamination in closed environments. The gel is a concentrate and requires no greater amount than the size of a dime for each handwashing application. Rub hands together between the digits and at fingertips to adequately perform degerming functions. Provides sustained antimicrobial protection in timeframes highly dependent on the bacterial load of the end-user's environment. Excellent for use in areas where alcohol utilization is prohibited, emergency rooms, emergency medical equipment, or any fire hazard areas or those areas where water is not readily available.
